She is a long standing member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Atlanta Association of Realtors® and was a recipient of the Fourteen West Realtors Integrity Award in 2000 and again in 2018 with Engel and Volkers Intown Atlanta.  She was again a Top Producer  in 2022 and 2023 and obtained the Phoenix Award in 2023 and was Top 5% of Individual Units.

She has successfully assisted hundreds of home buyers, sellers, investors and tenants achieve their goals in East Atlanta, Grant Park, Decatur, Kirkwood, Inman Park, Cabbagetown, Virginia Highland, Kirkwood,Druid Hills, and many other Intown neighborhoods and has also branched out to  Duluth, Johns Creek, Alpharetta.  She got her start in real estate  in the ” East Atlanta area” when it was then called SE Atlanta.  She had been with Fourteen West Realtors for 16 years, ( 1998-2014) then stayed on for almost 6 years when they merged as Engel and Volkers Intown Atlanta. In January of 2020 it was time for her to go back to the roots of the” boutique real estate company”. She choose to move to Homestead Realtors® and work again with Susan Schlittler, the Owner/Broker whom she worked with at 14 West Realtors for many years and. She has brought with her to Homestead that same passion for real estate, and will continue to be hands on with her clients, whether they are tenants, investors, buyers or sellers and to give the quality personal service that she has been doing for over 33 years.

With her valuable knowledge and expertise she will work with her clients closely to make sure the deal will get to the closing table.  She loves showing houses to buyers who look forward to purchasing their first or last home. At the same time Nancy also looks forward to working with sellers, getting their home ready to list, helping them through all the paperwork, and hearing the excitement in their voice when they get their house under contract and closed. Being an investor herself she has the knack of finding great deals for her investor-buyers and know what to do to get them ready to put into the rental pool. She also does property management for many of her clients who were her tenants, then became her  buyers, then later on were the sellers , and even some of them become landlords. She goes full circle for many of her clients.

Before starting her real estate career, Nancy was the marketing director for the very successful club, Studebaker’s. She started there as server and worked her way up achieve her goals. Prior to that she traveled around the Midwest as a singer in a top 40/rock-n-roll band where she enjoyed meeting all types of people. Dealing with the public and many of the hurdles one encounters in the restaurant/bar business was something Nancy gladly welcomed into her daily routine. In real estate, it is the same way. Her past and present clients are constantly referring new business to her which is a testimony to how hard she works with them.

She is actively involved in the Jewish community, volunteers for Habit for Humanity , The Georgia Special Olympics, The Inman Park Festival,  and many other community events that happen Intown. Homestead recently moved their offices from Virginia Highland to Inman Park, right next to the Trolley Barn so feel free to stop by and visit with her.

Besides finding wonderful deals for her clients, Nancy loves gardening, going to estate sales/yard sales and finding great deals, the beach, music, concerts, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. Nancy and her significant other Gary are avid sports fans and support several teams including the Atlanta Falcons, The Atlanta Braves, The Michigan Wolverines and The Georgia Bulldogs. Nancy is so happy her daughter and her 10 year old grandson live close by and she loves to spend time with both of them. Nancy was thrilled when her son and daughter in law moved back to Atlanta, and to spend time with her 3 year old granddaughter and 1 year old grandson!!  Nancy has had her best 4 years ever  in 20, 21, 22, 23  (even during the Pandemic no less). I was so happy to have received the Phoenix Award  in 2023 from the Atlanta Realtors Association!! She  hopes that real estates continues to be strong moving forward and has no plans on retiring any time soon!!
